I am building Intrinsic Code because software needs a factory, not just a generator. AI can write code faster than any team can verify it. We manufacture code the way regulated industries manufacture everything else: to a documented standard, with a signed record of what was enforced.

Intrinsic Code Inc. is a founder-led Delaware C corporation incorporated on May 28, 2026. Its founder and CEO is Myriah Knittle. The company develops AI-native software manufacturing technology with security controls, adversarial auditing, and verifiable evidence built into the production process.
Our initial target customers are U.S. credit unions and community banks that need secure, auditable mobile applications. Healthcare is a planned next market. Intrinsic Code operates its manufacturing factory internally; customers receive finished software and assurance evidence, not access to the factory itself.
Why I started Intrinsic Code
I spent a 10+ years inside a world class manufacturing facility, where nothing ships without a procedure, a defect record, and a sign-off. Then I watched software get built the opposite way: outputs shipped without process, security claims made without evidence, and AI tools generating code faster than anyone could verify it. In regulated industries that is not a workflow problem. It is a liability.
Intrinsic Code is the factory I wished existed. We do not just generate code. We run a defined manufacturing process: policy-bound generation, multi-agent review, cryptographic validation receipts, and traceable build ledgers. Every build produces a signed record of what was enforced, mapped to named tests.
Our approach is not a metaphor borrowed from manufacturing. It is the same discipline applied to software: defect tracking, release gates, sign-offs. I worked with bills of materials daily. A software bill of materials is the same idea. First-pass yield means the same thing on a code line as it does on a production line.
